1. What we do (concierge service)

kubebridgenet.com provides a concierge service that helps you source and coordinate the purchase of a vehicle with third-party sellers. We facilitate communication and coordination. We do not sell vehicles and we do not become the vehicle seller.

Where applicable, vehicle offers, pricing, specifications, ownership transfer, and warranty/return conditions are provided by the relevant third-party seller or other counterparties, not by kubebridgenet.com.

2. Distance contracting and required information

If you order or request our concierge service from a distance, we provide consumer-facing information required for the offer/contract conclusion process and for describing the service and its conditions. This page includes information about the seller and complaint-handling route as required by Закон України "Про захист прав споживачів" (including Стаття 18).

3. Consumer dispute resolution (out-of-court)

If there is a dispute, we encourage you to first contact us to resolve the issue. You may also use out-of-court dispute settlement mechanisms where applicable, including the process referred to in Закон України "Про захист прав споживачів", позасудове врегулювання спорів.

4. Personal data and consent

If our site collects personal data (e.g., name, phone number, email) for lead generation or to provide our concierge service, we process that data on a lawful basis. If processing is based on consent, we obtain informed voluntary consent in accordance with Закон України "Про захист персональних даних", згода суб’єкта персональних даних.

Any use of cookies or similar technologies that involves personal data processing is handled under the personal data notice/consent framework required by Закон України "Про захист персональних даних".

5. E-commerce / online contracting disclosure

If your interaction with kubebridgenet.com constitutes electronic commerce or online contracting, we provide the required identification information for the business on the website as required by Закон України "Про електронну комерцію".

6. Responsibilities and limitations

To the extent permitted by law, kubebridgenet.com is not responsible for:

• acts or omissions of third-party sellers or counterparties;
• the condition, legality, history, title status, or compliance of vehicles;
• delivery, registration, customs, or ownership transfer processes handled by third parties;
• any warranties, guarantees, refunds, or return arrangements offered by third parties.

Our role is limited to coordination and assistance in arranging the purchase process. Nothing in these Terms transfers seller obligations for the vehicle from the actual seller to kubebridgenet.com.

7. Service availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time for technical or operational reasons. We will not be liable for temporary unavailability beyond what is required by applicable law.
